Java Developer

As a Java Developer at Bahwan CyberTek, you will be responsible for the design and development of high-quality Java applications. You will work alongside a team of skilled professionals with technical and domain expertise to provide solutions to various industries such as Oil & Gas, Telecom, Power, Government, Banking, Retail, and SCM/Logistics. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and build skills in cutting-edge technologies to drive digital transformation for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Java applications according to business requirements.
• Participate in all phases of software development life cycle including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation such as user manuals and system specifications.
• Work with project managers, business analysts, and technical leads to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing performance and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure efficient and high-quality code.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience and knowledge of Java programming language.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and SVN.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
