• Order Processing: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer orders with meticulous attention to detail.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, promptly addressing any discrepancies to ensure seamless operations.
• Shipping Coordination: Coordinate shipping logistics, prepare packages for dispatch, and liaise with shipping carriers for timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on products before shipment to uphold high standards and customer satisfaction.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members and other departments for smooth coordination of order fulfillment processes.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, shipping, or inventory discrepancies.
• Customer Service Support: Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries regarding shipping, tracking, and order status.
• Process Improvement: Contribute innovative ideas for process enhancements to improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
• $20/hour - Part Time, 2-3 days a week

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• Per state law, you must be at least 21 years of age
• Previous experience in shipping, fulfillment, or related roles preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Shopify and Google Docs.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability.
• Self-motivator who can generate ideas for projects independently and collaboratively 
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once 
• Strong cross functional communication skills 
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English (Reading, Writing, & Speaking)
