Senior Client Associate Private Bank

How You Will Make an Impact: 

• Provide high level support for Private Banker(s) including: 
• Overall client service, including contacting clients, receiving client calls, client research requests and problem resolution 
• Oversee clients’ fund transfer requests 
• Loan administration assistance – submit loan information into loan origination system and monitor process through loan documentation and loan booking 
• Manage overdrafts on deposit accounts daily  
• Manage past due status on loans 
• Manage exceptions on loans and deposits 
  Assist team in developing and maintaining relationships with clients 

Who You Are: 

• At least 7-10 years of banking experience, preferably in wealth management 
• Knowledge of consumer and commercial loans 
• Organized, with good written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to analyze borrowers’ credit and read income documents 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
