This role is critical to ensuring quality, innovation, and supply continuity while delivering best total value in support of our evolving menu and customer experience.</span></p><p><span><i>As a director, Beverage Sourcing, you will…</i></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead global sourcing strategies across key beverage categories, ensuring quality, innovation, and supply continuity</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships while driving cost optimization, contract excellence, and long-term value</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner cross-functionally to bring new beverages to market, balancing speed, risk management, and total cost of ownership</span></p></li></ul>
<p><span><i>We’d love to hear from people with:</i></span></p><ul><li><p><span>10+ years of global sourcing or procurement experience within CPG, QSR, beverage manufacturing, or ingredient supply</span></p></li><li><p><span>Deep expertise across beverage categories (e.g., ingredients, dairy, juice, flavors)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong experience with supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and category strategy development</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven track record of delivering cost savings, managing commodity risk, and driving P&L impact</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working across complex supply chains, including cold chain, co-manufacturing, or beverage ecosystems</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional partners, and operate effectively at the executive level</span></p></li></ul><p><span><i><span><strong>Preferred experience includes:</strong></span></i></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Beverage sourcing (coffee, dairy, juice concentrates, RTD/alcohol, flavors/extracts)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in global food manufacturers, QSR brands, or private label environments</span></p></li><li><p><span>10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated track record of leading and personally executing high-value, sourcing initiatives and negotiations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in a global retail, consumer, or similarly complex operating environment strongly preferred</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prior experience operating in a matrixed CPO/procurement function with VP-level reporting relationships</span></p></li></ul><p><span>As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
