Ready to start your mornings with a team thatĺs all about growth, support, and top-notch customer service? Kenwood Dealer Group is looking for a Service Appointment Representative to be the voice our customers trust when it comes to scheduling, follow-ups, and service coordination.

What Youĺll Do:

• Schedule service appointments with professionalism and accuracy

• Coordinate delivery of special order parts

• Support Service Advisors with daily operations

• Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction

Schedule:

• MondayľThursday: 6:00 AM ľ 12:00 PM

• Saturday: 6:00 AM ľ 12:00 PM
  (Early hours = afternoons free!)

What Weĺre Looking For:

• Customer service or call center experience (appointment setting is a plus!)

• Strong communication + organizational skills

• Comfortable with computers (CDK training provided)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be 18+, pass a background check, and have a clean driving record
