Your Core Responsibilities

-You'll dive deep into the shop floor, identifying root causes, analyzing data, and implementing practical solutions to enhance our manufacturing operations.

-You will have the opportunity to foster relationships with various stakeholders, from team members to suppliers and customers, ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels.

-You'll lead a team of dedicated manufacturing employees, setting clear expectations, inspiring and motivating, leading by example, and resolving conflicts. Your leadership will shape the future of our operations.

-A key part of your role will be ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to manufacturing. You'll champion a culture of safety, setting the standard for our operations.

-You'll navigate our complex organizational structures, utilizing our policies and procedures to execute tasks effectively and make informed decisions.

-You'll address challenges head-on, finding solutions that maintain positive working relationships and promote a collaborative atmosphere.

Who You Are
 

You are ready if you have:

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; and 7 years of relevant academic and/or practical work experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, military, or other industries (education beyond High School will be counted as relevant experience).

• OR Bachelor's Degree and three years of experience.

• Must pass BCG medical clearance requirements(TB Blood Test and Chest Xray).

Skills you will need to be successful:

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Proven experience in managing employees

• Knowledge of compliance and safety standards in manufacturing

• Proficiency in navigating complex organizational structures

• Experience in finding solutions within operational environments
