Your Core Responsibilities
-You'll dive deep into the shop floor, identifying root causes, analyzing data, and implementing practical solutions to enhance our manufacturing operations.
-You will have the opportunity to foster relationships with various stakeholders, from team members to suppliers and customers, ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels.
-You'll lead a team of dedicated manufacturing employees, setting clear expectations, inspiring and motivating, leading by example, and resolving conflicts. Your leadership will shape the future of our operations.
-A key part of your role will be ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to manufacturing. You'll champion a culture of safety, setting the standard for our operations.
-You'll navigate our complex organizational structures, utilizing our policies and procedures to execute tasks effectively and make informed decisions.
-You'll address challenges head-on, finding solutions that maintain positive working relationships and promote a collaborative atmosphere.

Who You Are
You are ready if you have:
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent; and 7 years of relevant academic and/or practical work experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, military, or other industries (education beyond High School will be counted as relevant experience).
OR Bachelor's Degree and three years of experience.
Must pass BCG medical clearance requirements(TB Blood Test and Chest Xray).
Skills you will need to be successful:
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
Proven experience in managing employees
Knowledge of compliance and safety standards in manufacturing
Proficiency in navigating complex organizational structures
Experience in finding solutions within operational environments
