Come join a team of hard-working and motivated Professional Services Consultants who focus on implementing applications related to initial document creation. We are looking for an organized individual who can manage multiple software implementations simultaneously, including gathering requirements, coordinating technical installations, overseeing and testing template customizations, conducting end-user and Train-the-Trainer trainings, and handling ongoing communications with customers to ensure projects stay in scope and are delivered on time.
A Day in the Life:
Independently lead software implementation projects lasting from 1 month to 1 year
Configure and implement Create products in a variety of customer environments
Consult with customers to identify and assess needs and determine best approach for implementation
Make complex design, implementation, configuration and customization decisions
Test and validate deliverables for accuracy and usability
Provide project management expertise to customers, including developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, keeping project constituents informed of project status on a regular basis, keeping Salesforce project information up-to-date
Ensure all product deliverables are delivered on time and on target and projects conclude successfully with high customer satisfaction
Act as a trusted advisor through all aspects of the project
As part of implementation and consulting projects, provide troubleshooting, problem isolation, escalation, high-quality customer training, and high-quality written materials
Identify creative ways to solve customer and prospective customer issues through a deep product understanding and an innovative approach to projects
Assist with release testing and act as a customer advocate by providing feedback to our internal teams related to product improvements
About You:
3-5 years experience providing project management, template customization, consulting, customer-facing customer service or software support in a legal environment
Strong project management and communication skills, including ability to manage multiple projects and internal assignments in a fast-moving environment
Strong MS Office skills, including experience with Microsoft Word styles and formats
Enjoy collaborating with others -- effective team player
Self-motivated and interested in personal growth and development
Technical aptitude and creative problem solver a plus
Smartsheet experience a plus
