This is an exciting opportunity if you are a senior software developer or a Teach Lead with solid commercial experience, good understanding of modern application patterns and software craftsmanship being close to your heart.
We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our Team and become an essential member, with the goal to deliver a new business and technical features. You will be working closely with Developers, UI/UX designer, Solutions Architects and Product Owner, in a mature agile environment embracing DevOps mindset. 
You will become part of our Enterprise Product Services department, where we implement and maintain critical IT systems to keep our terminal operational work efficiently. We need your help in our continued effort to deliver great products to our business.
 

Some of the assignments you can look forward to as part of the team will be:

• Working in international Scrum Team to deliver Business critical solutions within the terminal/ transit warehousing area in close cooperation with Product Owner 

• Developing and technically owning backend (Java 17+/Spring, Event-Driven Architecture) and frontend (React for building dynamic, component-driven user interfaces.) applications hosted in Azure Cloud

• Continuous improvement of products and internal delivery & maintenance processes

We as a team value good cooperation internally and with our external business stakeholders. You as a person should have an open mindset to ideas and help others. If you already have knowledge from logistics, it will be a plus, but it's not a must.  
 

The ideal candidate should have experience of below areas

Frontend: 

• Strong proficiency in React for building dynamic, component-driven user interfaces

• In-depth knowledge of Redux for state management, including actions, reducers, and middlewares (such as Redux Thunk or Redux Saga)

• Experience with React hooks (useEffect, useState, etc.) and functional components

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript is a plus

• Familiarity with React Router for navigation and Axios for API requests

• Understanding of CSS)

• Ionic basic understanding of how hybrid apps works

Backend:

• Proficiency in Java and experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot)

• Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications

• Knowledge JPA

• Understanding of microservices architecture and experience building modular, scalable backend solutions

• Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing for Java applications

Technology stack

• Experience with Azure services.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.

• Backend: Java 17+/Spring, Event-Driven Architecture

• Knowledge of Kafka, ELK, Azure or other Cloud technology is a plus

• Tools: Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Azure DevOps
