The role will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Nebius’ global insurance strategy. The role ensures that all company assets, operations, and contractual exposures are adequately protected through effective and efficient insurance programs.</p> <p>This position plays a critical role in supporting the company’s rapid international expansion, particularly in relation to large-scale AI infrastructure and data center operations.</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-charstyle="Strong">Your responsibilities will include:</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></p> <ul> <li>Lead the development, placement, and ongoing management of all corporate insurance policies.</li> <li>Identify, and assess risks across Nebius’ global assets and operations, with a focus on data center infrastructure</li> <li>Ensure that insurance coverage is comprehensive, cost-effective, and aligned with the company’s evolving risk exposure</li> <li>Act as the primary point of contact for insurance brokers, insurers, and external advisors</li> <li>Map and manage insurance requirements across all jurisdictions in which Nebius operates</li> <li>Review and ensure compliance with insurance-related provisions in customer and key vendor contracts</li> <li>Oversee and manage insurance claims processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution</li> <li>Provide expert guidance and act as the internal focal point for all insurance-rel
