Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a hybrid work schedule

About the Role
The Associate General Counsel-Real Estate represents and advises in all corporate legal matters. The incumbent handles a wide range of legal responsibilities as assigned with emphasis on legal matters related to the organization's Real Estate initiatives. Prefer 3+ years of experience of commercial real estate transaction experience at a law firm or with a developer.
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor degree required from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.
• Requires law license in good standing in Indiana.
• Preference for 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Requires broad general background in business and civil law.
• Healthcare background is preferred.
