Client Engagement Associate Director (US)

Through a culture of invention, our teams turn ideas into impact—creating innovative, memorable experiences for clients and their audiences.</p> <p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>As an Associate Director on our Client Engagement team, you’ll play a key support role across client accounts—helping internal teams deliver great work, providing exemplary client service support, and contributing to the day-to-day execution that keeps everything moving.</p> <p>You’ll work closely with the senior client engagement lead to support our relationships with clients, learning how to identify business needs, contribute to presentations/proposals, and track project progress. This role is designed for someone curious, proactive, organized, and eager to grow into a trusted partner to clients over time.</p> <p>You will be responsible for understanding your clients deeply, at times better than they know themselves. You will learn to be the conduit between leadership and the wider agency, the translator between client need and agency ambition. You will help support your client engagement lead to create the conditions for great work to happen and will be as a result of building strong relationships across the agency, with the client, and knowing how to bring the right people together at the right time.</p> <p>You don’t need deep industry expertise yet—but you should bring an interest in digital transformation, new business, have a proactive mindset, and a desire to grow within a creative, technology-driven environment.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support client engagement lead and partner with production in managing day-to-day project activities across multiple clients.</li> <li>Help prepare and contribute to client deliverables, presentations, proposals and status updates with attention to detail.</li> <li>Partner with delivery teams to ensure quality assurance, timeliness and profitability of project execution</li> <li>Partner with delivery teams to track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets with internal teams to help keep work on track and assist the business lead on ensuring project success.</li> <li>Conduct research to support new opportunities or strategic recommendations.</li> <li>Lead monthly reporting and updates on this client’s business, including industry trends, evolving market dynamics shaping their strategy, and the opportunities and challenges that impact how we support their growth.</li> <li>Proactively provide subject matter expertise to clients and internal teams.</li> <li>Contribute to how clients exper
