Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive the full cycle recruiting process, partner with our hiring managers to find the right candidates for our organization’s salaried roles. And above all else, make sure that every candidate has a memorable experience engaging with Wilton Brands. This critical role on the People & Culture team is the first impression of the Wilton culture for candidates and is responsible for attracting and placing top talent within the organization.  Successful candidates will understand the strategy of the organization and subsequently source for the right set of capabilities and competencies to drive Wilton’s business results.

 

Essential Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBP and business to lead full cycle talent acquisition process (sourcing, screening, interview strategy, debrief, offer/negotiation) for salaried roles at all levels of the organization.
• Owns candidate experience in all facets of the talent acquisition process, attracting talent that aligns with business needs and Wilton’s Culture Recipe.
• Effectively create and manage a great experience for every candidate; from the first contact through the interview process, ending with positive offer negotiations, acceptances, and onboarding.
• Build sourcing strategies using a variety of search methods to obtain the best talent for the role. Utilize various methods to source qualified candidates for open positions, which can include research, networking, cold calling, attending job fairs, reviewing resumes received from ATS and employee referrals.
• Track and analyze metrics within the Talent Acquisition function to help drive strategy and decision-making.
• Manages and improves standard talent acquisition systems and processes for recruiting including ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
• Establish and manage employer branding presence and consistency on jobs boards and social media.
• Lead and execute various ad hoc talent acquisition related projects/initiatives.

 

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, psychology, HR, or related fields.
• A minimum of three years of full life cycle recruitment at all levels.
• Agency-side and CPG experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success with sourcing passive candidates.

• Able to create, maintain and utilize meaningful recruitment-related metrics
• Builds strong cross-functional relationships with hiring managers at all levels of all functions
• Experience working in an ATS system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly, open, and outgoing demeanor with a customer service orientation
• Possesses innate curiosity and a growth mindset

• Routinely use standard office equipment such as (laptop computers, monitors/keyboards, printers, and telephones).
• Processes information and communicate effectively with others.
