Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Mechanical Field Service Technician to provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for our advanced corrugating equipment. This role involves hands-on mechanical work, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring equipment runs at peak performance. You will have the opportunity to travel to various customer sites, work with advanced machinery, and play a key role in our service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and install corrugating machinery at client facilities.

• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.

• Repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components efficiently.

• Train customers on proper equipment use and maintenance.

• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.

• Maintain clear service records and communicate technical findings.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

• Travel as needed to customer locations for service assignments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical certification or associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred.

• Previous experience in machinery maintenance, preferably in the corrugated or industrial sector.

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Valid driver’s license.
