JOB SUMMARY: Supports the department by completing daily tasks and assigned projects. Provides excellent customer service and promotes teamwork. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Current college graduate student 
REPORTS TO: Department management 
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: n/a 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
1. Performs a variety of general office activities to support the department.
2. Organizes work activities to ensure completion on time. 
3. Processes incoming/outgoing mail. 
4. Creates and maintains accurate filing/record system. 
5. Resolves problems to improve customer service. 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Communication skills Ability to operate office equipment Organizational skills 
WORK ENVIRONMENT: May be required to operate simple machinery and computer terminals. Subject to varying climate and temperature. Moderate noise level
