We are seeking a Client Care Representative / Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming voice and face of our hospital. This role is essential to creating comfort and trust for clients during both joyful visits and difficult moments.We aim to break the mold of stuffy and impersonal veterinary care.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

• Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Obtain and document medical history
• Verify immunizations and testing status
• Communicate patient arrival and treatment needs with medical staff
• Process invoices and collect payments
• Fill prescription diets, flea/tick prevention and OTC products as directed by a veterinarian
• Enter accurate patient data into veterinary software
• Help maintain hospital flow and organization

Experience:
