Your Role at KIK
As the Quality Supervisor you are responsible for overseeing quality control processes on the production floor to ensure that products meet company standards and regulatory requirements. This role leads a team of quality technicians and inspectors, coordinates daily quality activities, investigates non-conformances, and collaborates with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement. The Quality Supervisor ensures that quality procedures are followed, documentation is accurate, and corrective actions are effectively implemented. This position plays a key role in maintaining product integrity, minimizing defects, and supporting customer satisfaction through strong quality oversight.
What You’ll Be Doing
Review of production line and performance for adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Guidelines, and facility procedures.
Responsible for auditing documentation of testing, holding products, internal investigations, and root cause analysis.
Oversees quality functions regarding development and maintenance of product specifications.
Develops/monitors training systems and programs supporting a total quality organization.
Control and reporting monthly quality data
Control and reporting of store retail check data
Reviews/Monitors production deviations related to Quality
Actively lead by example the quality culture we aspire to working as a team with all plant personnel

What You’ll Bring
Associate's degree or equivalent industry certifications; Bachelor's degree preferred
3 years’ experience preferred in filling/packaging manufacturing environment
Excellent mathematic and problem-solving skills
Familiar with using: Refract meter, viscometer, pH meter, digital titrators and an analytical balance
Understand mechanical aptitude plus be able to do wet chemistry-titrations, pH adjustment, and acid/base dilution.
Knowledge of Quality systems and applications are required.
Ability to drive organizational change
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated individual looking to advance in this career
