Compensation
$43,000 to $45,000, based on experience and location, plus performance-based bonus opportunities. This is a results-driven role where earnings are directly tied to branch performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax preparation production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
Grow the branch through customer outreach, outbound calling, referrals, community engagement, networking, and promotion of branch products and services.
Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance and minimize losses.
Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while holding them accountable for performance expectations.
Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
