Salesforce Business Analyst (Public Services)

Labor Category: Functional Consultant
Location: Remote (US/onshore required; occasional onsite in San Diego if requested)

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from Port departments (Parks & Rec, Clerk’s Office, Environmental, Grants).
• Create user stories, workflows, and functional specs.
• Configure Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, layouts, permissions).
• Lead UAT and end-user training sessions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years BA experience with Salesforce Service Cloud & Experience Cloud.
• Public-sector permitting/service request experience a plus.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
