Condé Nast is looking for an Executive Assistant . This is a varied position, requiring initiative, diplomacy, adaptability, discretion and an understanding of different cultures. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills are essential. Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are a must, along with a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and calm/level headed manner.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Extensive calendar management for our Head of Global Product and Design and our Global Product VPs based in the US.
- Liaison with a wide and varied range of business stakeholders including internal teams, external clients, senior executives within the organization, and more.
- Assist in creation of presentation materials
- Facilitate scheduling business meetings, preparation and circulation of agendas, pre-reads and meeting minutes, and action follow-up as required.
- Book all travel/hotels, ensuring appropriate visas have been obtained, for corporate and leisure, and preparing complex travel itineraries.
- Liaison with teams globally, supporting building effective relationships across a global department.
- Work closely with other Executive Assistants at Condé Nast.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Intermediate to advanced Office/GSuite experience
- Strong presentation design skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Pro-active and be able to use initiative and have the confidence to work independently
- Extremely organized with exceptional time management skills and able to prioritize efficiently
- Confident and able to communicate with staff at different levels and across different departments internationally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven and motivated, with an ability to show initiative in all situations
- Helpful to have experience of working in an international environment and building solid working relationships with teams across different countries, time zones and cultures.
- Trustworthy and discreet.
- A friendly and personable manner.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $62,400 - $65,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
