If you have analytical skills and experience with building various reports using the Microsoft Power Platform with Power BI and Excel as main tools, and you would like to build reports aiming at delivering data to our R&amp;D organization, then this would be a great opportunity for you. As Dynatrace grows, we have more and more needs for various analytics based on our R&amp;D organizational data. Those reports would help us to inspect our past and current investments and help to explore and better steer our current and future investments. With this team, we support our cross-R&amp;D alignment based on data. You'll be part of a team that supports the organization with Jira set-up and develop reports that would help understand how much people power we spend on product features, maintenance, and administration and how many people of different roles are engaged in particular areas. We also support R&amp;D budgeting processes, reports, headcount tracking, and any other R&amp;D operational topics.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>You will work on creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, data models, and scripts in Power BI and Excel ·</li><li>You will cooperate with other teams on data ingestion from Jira, internal systems, and HR systems for ease of use, consistency, and security of data ·</li><li>You will cooperate with our Jira experts to ensure an aligned data structure from Jira ·</li><li>You will cooperate with various stakeholders from the Office of Technology and Product, People Operations, Program and Product Management, and Product Teams.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Would you like to be part of a team that helps Dynatrace R&amp;D organization to get aligned based on data?
