Team Lead (m/f/d) - Marketing Advertising & Promotion

For our company headquarters we are looking for a part-time or full-time position (at least 30h/week) - temporary for 2 years  

Your new job includes

As Team Lead of our international family business in the ‘Advertising & Promotion’ department, you will not only lead your team, but also manage qualitative sales-orientated measures and develop your area of responsibility strategically and innovatively. 
In particular, you will 

• ensure the quantitative and qualitative achievement of targets within the area of responsibility
• lead and develop a team of 8 people
• assume technical responsibility and control of all advertising services in the defined service portfolio for each sales area/customer
• derive measures from market and budget analyses to exploit marketing potential
• work closely with Controlling on revenue planning for each sales cluster/customer
• further develop internal processes and structures and combine market requirements and supplier strategies  

Preferred Profile

• Successfully completed a Master's degree in economics and/or training 
• At least 4 years of professional experience in the areas of sales, marketing or purchasing and initial management experience of teams
• Business fluent in English; knowledge of Russian and/or Turkish is an advantage but not essential
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills and competence in conflict management
• Very good analytical skills to deal with complex issues and contexts
• Confident handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is desirable
