Patient Contact Center Representative

We are looking for a Full Time Patient Contact Center Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to break into the Healthcare industry and learn about insurances!

Job Duties Include:

• Greeting patients as the first point of contact with GSOS
• Making a high volume of outbound calls to patients regarding inquiries or appointments
• Enter, review, and update patient demographics and insurance information as provided
• Taking and distributing grammatically correct, accurate, and legible messages
• Counseling patients regarding appropriate and necessary information to bring to appointment (e.g. referral or x-ray) or directions to clinic
• Additional duties as assigned

Pay Range:

• Starting at $21.00 per Hour

* Higher compensation may be available for someone with advanced skills and/or experience
