  • Coordinate with QA/QC, commissioning, E2E capacity delivery, operations, supply chain, vendors, and leadership stakeholders to support downstream readiness.
  • Validate site conditions through field walks, contractor reviews, execution reviews, logistics reviews, and recovery alignment sessions.
  • Ensure construction turnover supports commissioning, startup, operational readiness, and capacity delivery milestones.
  • Escalate critical risks with clear impact assessments, mitigation options, ownership, and decision needs.

Additional Duties

  • Develop and maintain construction execution plans, site sequencing strategies, logistics plans, and workface planning assessments.
  • Prepare recovery plans, contractor performance reviews, field productivity updates, and construction turnover readiness reports.
  • Support construction manpower strategy, trade stacking reviews, labor planning, and contractor resource alignment.
  • Coordinate material readiness, access planning, laydown strategy, site logistics, and trade movement across active work areas.
  • Support installation quality alignment with construction, QA/QC, commissioning, and operations teams.
  • Lead construction-to-commissioning handoff planning to reduce rework and improve startup flow.
  • Monitor KPIs including installation productivity, schedule adherence, field congestion, trade flow effectiveness, rework reduction, contractor performance, recovery execution, turnover readiness, safety, and quality.

  • Ensure field teams understand priorities, constraints, ownership, sequencing expectations, and delivery commitments.
  • Document lessons learned and implement repeatable construction execution standards across the program.
  • Identify recurring field execution gaps and drive continuous improvement in planning, coordination, handoffs, and accountability.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, urgency, transparency, accountability, and field-informed decision-making across construction teams and delivery partners.
