The role of the Senior Manager, People (Health & Wellness) will involve serving as a critical partner to business leaders across the H&W Home Office, helping to implement and support the overall people strategies by being a trusted business advisor.
What you’ll bring…
You build partner relationships effectively with senior leaders and their direct reports to evolve the business
You can be agile and to make sense of the rapidly increasing amount of data being generated by individuals and organizations
You have strong business acumen and the ability to think systematically and holistically
You have great listening skills, critical thinking skills, and solution-articulation skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience with organizational design and strategic workforce planning
You have PHR or SPHR or GPHR and PMP certifications
What you’ll do:
Execution of Business Plans: Identify customer and operational needs, develop and communicate business plans, remove barriers, provide resources, and measure progress.
Integrity: Maintain and promote high standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance; utilize and support the Open Door Policy; act as a servant leader.
Data Analysis and Management: Collaborate with partners to collect and analyze data; make data-driven recommendations.
Business Needs Evaluation: Consult with stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of org structures, plans, programs, and initiatives.
Human Resources Strategy: Advise on organizational change initiatives, assess HR implications, and guide business leaders on HR issues.
Human Resource Practices: Audit HR practices, run our annual cycle of people programs, analyze reports, create action plans for noncompliance, and provide HR consulting for managers.
Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on HR laws and regulations; implement action plans to improve performance and reduce noncompliance.
Respect for Individuals: Encourage respect for all, build high-performing teams, embrace differences, and create a supportive workplace.
Customer and Associate Service: Deliver business results by prioritizing customer/associate needs and using data analytics and insights.
