LPN Private Patient Position (HOME CARE)

NurseCore is seeking an LPN for a private patient case in Las Vegas, Nevada, to support an infant in their home.

• Assist with gastrostomy tube & feeding/tracheostomy/ventilator/oxygen support 
• Training provided 

Qualifications:

• Experience in home healthcare is preferred. Compassion is Required!
• Ventilator experience is preferred 
• LPN License in Nevada
• NurseCore complete background check
• Current American Heart Association BLS or CPR
• Current TB test
• Spanish is preferred, not required 

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care according to your scope of practice and individual competency.
• Provide patient and family education related to their disease process and care needs.
• Collaboration with your patient’s care teams such as the physician, your supervisor, co-workers, and other medical providers associated with your patient.
• Practices safety and universal precautions, infection control and uses appropriate protective equipment to protect patients and self
• Participate in NurseCore’s education programs as it relates to your patient population.
• All other duties as assigned

Shift:  Monday through Friday, from 8 am - 4 pm OR from 9 am - 5 pm.
