As the General Manager for our Chick-fil-A location, you serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring the highest level of operational excellence and guest satisfaction in alignment with both Paradies Lagardère’s TRIFIC values (Trust, Respect, Integrity, First-Class, Innovation, Commitment) and the Chick-fil-A brand’s renowned standards of quality, service, and care.

Duties and Responsibilities
The General Manager will fully embrace and uphold the Chick-fil-A brand promise in every aspect of operations, ensuring the restaurant is a place of remarkable experiences for both guests and team members.

Build a strong, high-performing team dedicated to Chick-fil-A’s principles of hospitality and service excellence.

Inspire and mentor all team members to reach their full potential, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and care.

Recruit top talent using approved interview guides, prioritizing individuals who align with the Chick-fil-A culture and Paradies Lagardère values.

Ensure completion of all brand-specific and compliance-based training within required timelines.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and recognition initiatives that reflect Chick-fil-A’s culture of encouragement.
Operational Excellence

Lead by example in demonstrating Chick-fil-A’s “Second Mile Service”—going above and beyond to delight guests.

Maintain an impeccable restaurant image that reflects Chick-fil-A’s cleanliness, food safety, and service standards.

Ensure HACCP procedures and all food safety protocols are strictly followed.

Actively engage with guests and team members, resolving concerns with urgency and professionalism.

Monitor operational systems, staffing, and service flow to ensure efficiency during peak airport traffic.
Profitable Growth

Drive sales and profitability by applying Chick-fil-A’s operational systems and Paradies Lagardère’s financial performance standards.

Monitor key performance metrics such as labor cost, food cost, and guest satisfaction scores, taking corrective action as needed.

Maintain recipe accuracy, portion control, and inventory management to control costs without compromising Chick-fil-A quality.
