Jefferson Radiology is seeking a patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our growing team!
SUMMARY: Jefferson Radiology seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing quality nursing care for patients and families. The RN effectively collaborates with all members of the Radiology team and/or clinical care team to ensure patient-centered care. The RN is responsible for utilizing nursing practice to assess, measure effectively, and document needs and outcomes.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Connecticut Registered Nurse license and CPR (ACLS/BLS) certification, required
- 5+ yrs. experience, preferably in Interventional Radiology, emergency/critical medicine and/or code team experience a preferred
- Must demonstrate excellent venipuncture skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent patient care skills
