Responsibilities 

  • Support BlackRock’s digital asset activities globally, working closely with business and technical teams across the firm to analyze, design, and drive implementation of digital asset-based initiatives 

  • Develop expertise across BlackRock’s operating platform and the capital markets ecosystem identify opportunities for technological innovation 

  • Develop and maintain insightful content in written and visual forms capable of analyzing issues, articulating strategy, and educating audiences 

  • Present educational and strategic content, with emphasis on distilling technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients  

  • Conduct industry research and apply financial modeling techniques to thoroughly evaluate new commercial and product opportunities 

  • Engage with and evaluate technology and service providers throughout the digital assets ecosystem 

 

Requirements 

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience 

  • Ability to apply business and economic frameworks to evaluate and design technology-driven solutions to complex business problems 

  • Action-oriented problem solver capable of working with both business and highly technical teams to drive execution 

  • Strong team player who thrives in diverse environments and can adapt to different working styles and approaches 

  • High level of intellectual curiosity, combined with professional experience or a demonstrated passion for blockchain technology and digital assets 

  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills, with a high attention to detail 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze complex data and create professional, impactful presentations 

  • Outstanding academic and professional experience, with background preferably in economics, math, statistics, computer science or a related field 


 

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$105,000.00 - USD$137,500.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
