Job Description

As a Product Manager, Hotels, you will support and help grow EBG’s Hotels product, shaping how millions of members discover, compare, and book great hotel value through our trusted platform. Your primary goal is to deliver high‑impact hotel experiences that fuel member engagement, revenue growth, and partner satisfaction. You’ll translate business strategy and customer needs into clear product direction, working closely with Engineering, UX, Data, and Commercial teams to ship meaningful improvements fast. This is a critical role in EBG’s future because Hotels is a core pillar of our travel offerings—your decisions directly influence marketplace scale, differentiation, and our ability to compete and win in a dynamic and competitive travel ecosystem. This role reports into a Sr. Product leader to support product management tasks.

This is a Hybrid role based in Orlando, FL. *EBG does not offer sponsorship for this role. 

Essential Functions

  • Support the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Hotels vertical, aligning outcomes to business goals and member value.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Partner teams to deliver high‑quality features using Agile frameworks.
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, leveraging Jira for execution.
  • Conduct discovery through data analysis, user feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve hotel search, pricing, and booking experiences.
  • Collaborate with distribution and supply partners, understanding OTA, hotel connectivity, and inventory dynamics that power EBG’s marketplace.
  • Review and guide technical integrations, including REST/JSON APIs, ensuring scalable, reliable, and well‑documented solutions.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs; monitor performance and iterate to maximize conversion, engagement, and revenue.
  • Foster a fun and impact‑focused product culture that encourages collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of product management experience in travel, reservation, eCommerce, or marketplace platforms
  • Hands‑on experience working in Agile environments and partnering closely with engineering teams
  • Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Office to manage roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholder communication
  • Experience reviewing and writing product requirements and technical specs involving REST/JSON APIs
  • Experience working in an Agile methodology
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable influencing without authority.
  • User‑centric approach with a passion for delivering simple, intuitive experiences
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast‑moving, growth‑oriented environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization as well as with technical and non-technical colleagues and partners, including with top level leaders
  • Preferred but not required: experience beyond user knowledge with OTA & Distribution APIs, or hospitality systems such as PMS (property management systems), CRS (central reservation systems), Channel Managers
  • Able to work onsite in Orlando in a hybrid work model
  • Ability to travel as needed up to 15%
