We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Business Operations team within JLL Technologies’ Technology Engineering Group. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the Tech Engineering Group’s daily financial operations, while partnering closely with the Finance team, to ensure adherence to JLL’s internal policies and procedures. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and supporting key financial processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enjoy working in Excel while being well versed in Excel formulas.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage new hire requests and approvals, ensuring within budget
Maintain contractor database with contract end dates and rates and work with Procurement, Legal, and managers on contract renewals
Partner with FP&A and Controllership teams on the monthly LBA and contractor accrual processes
Manage Capex charter submission
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies
Collaborate with key business stakeholders, Finance, and other departments to resolve financial issues
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Expert in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated total compensation for this position:
90,000.00 – 95,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
