Technical Talent Partner - Veeva Link

The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Technical Talent Partner to lead talent attraction for our Veeva Link Engineering team across Europe. The link provides life sciences software, data, and consulting built around various customer intelligence products. You will drive the hiring for our teams that build these highly innovative products, used by the top 10 largest pharma organizations worldwide, to improve the speed at which life-changing medicines can impact patient care. Our Talent Attraction team operates a shared ownership model with our hiring managers. This allows Talent Partners at Veeva to be hands-on with inbound and outbound recruitment channels but also shift into wider initiatives across Talent Intelligence, Talent Marketing, Hiring Manager Enablement, and Talent Analytics. We operate as true talent advisors to our leaders in life sciences software and consulting.  The role can be based anywhere in the UK or Germany. While we are a Work Anywhere business, you can work from our hub offices in Oxford, London, Frankfurt, or Berlin.

What You'll Do

• Develop a deep understanding of Veeva’s Link Engineering team and articulate our impact on the Life Sciences industry
• Partner closely with Link software leaders and hiring managers to define and prioritize recruiting needs
• Take ownership of shaping the recruiting strategy across all roles and levels from midweight to senior level 
• Be a true talent advisor and coach for hiring managers and candidates. You will hold hiring managers accountable for an outstanding candidate experience and support them in making the best hiring decisions
• Conduct deep market mapping exercises to inform talent intelligence and identify relevant candidate pools 
• Build a strong pipeline and engage top talent through creative attraction and sourcing channels
• Lead and execute special projects related to the candidate experience, including talent marketing, employer branding, hiring manager coaching, and talent intelligence
• Leverage data and develop “voice of the customer” talent analytics to drive results and continuous improvements
• Partner with our wider Talent Attraction function to integrate talent tech into your day-to-day (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Insights, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)

Requirements

• At least seven years of technical recruiting experience
• At least five years of agency recruiting experience with a strong track record of delivering results in high-growth tech businesses
• Demonstrated experience across the end-to-end recruitment process (planning/intake meetings with hiring managers, hands-on sourcing, management of recruitment advertising, and structured interviewing)
• Experience hiring software engineers/developers 
• Experience hiring across multiple EU countries (Germany, Spain, UK)
• Ability to collaborate successfully with senior-level hiring managers 
• Able to shape and execute hiring strategies to improve talent attraction and candidate experience (talent marketing, talent intelligence, manager training, and talent analytics) 
• Strong verbal and written communicator 
• Self-starter, independent, results-oriented, and attentive to details
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
