Job OverviewThe Director of Service and Business Partnership role serves HTI through strong leadership of People Operation’s Service Center and Business Partnership disciplines. The director must be proficient in all areas of accountability to drive business goals of best-in-class company culture, an engaged workforce, increased revenue generation, and ultimately profitability. This role must be able to lead staff engaged in distinct disciplines towards unified goals in highly varied contexts. The director will drive strategic leadership and operational excellence, support and implement organizational design concepts throughout business units and ensure the company is compliant and limits risk. This role is ultimately accountable for business results related to liability, labor cost, and labor productivity. Responsibilities and Duties Strategic Leadership and Operational Excellence

Accountable for ensuring all People Operations activities executed by the Service Center and Business Partners effectively drive business results.
Set strategic direction for the Service Center and Business Partners that aligns with corporate strategic planning and department leadership vision.
Lead short- and long-range planning for assigned teams, then drive disciplined execution.
Conduct research, analyze trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement within People Operations functions and accountabilities.
Ensure appropriate and purposeful collaboration between all People Operations disciplines as well as other corporate teams to maximize resource utilization and ensure effective, holistic solutions are provided to the business.
Design and institutionalize sustainable, measurable and effective People Operations processes and practices that manage risk and deliver business performance.
Ensure data-centered decision-making by building ways of working that produce organized data-insights then creating visibility and regular reporting of the same.
