Welcome to Bosch.</strong></p><p>The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>In the eBike Systems business unit, we develop innovative products and services that make eBiking even more fascinating - from highly efficient drive systems over the first series-produced ABS for pedelecs to smart connectivity solutions. For sustainable mobility that's fun.  </p><ul><li>As a Senior Process Expert you support IT projects and supply chain process improvement initiatives by defining business requirements, documenting processes and process changes, conducting tests with a strong focus on deliver- and intralogistics process. This includes all warehouse related processes from delivery creation and interface topics to warehouse management systems over goods receipt, put away, warehouse internal processes through to picking, packing, goods issue and shipping.</li><li>Furthermore you support key user trainings as well as providing user and process documentations.</li><li>You contribute to a stable operating environment by supporting our main user community, as third-level support contact. For This you will work closely with our IT service providers, user departments and stakeholders.</li><li>Further you will ensure sustainable implementation and compliance with process standards in our warehouses worldwide and, depending on the situation, drive forward the digitalisation and automation of all relevant processes.</li><li>With your technical process expertise, you will help support our plants, suppliers and business units and lead projects to optimise international logistics processes and systems. You will monitor relevant key performance indicators, initiate and control implementation and transformation programmes to<br/> or improvement of our processes.</li><li>Last but not least, you maintain intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>completed university studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable subject </li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge: </strong>Strong SAP knowledge in distribution logistics and sales; knowledge of EDI applications and external customer systems; knowledge of other interface technology as API; Supply Chain Management knowledge; very good Project Management skills; several years of work experience in mentioned areas</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice: </strong>You have a convincing manner and are able to communicate; innovative and creative work characterise you; the ability to cooperate rounds off your profile</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>You want to work remotely or part-time - we offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models or job-sharing.
