Global, Supply Chain & Systems Engineering Technical Development team is seeking an Experienced Business Operations Specialist to support operation and integration across the organization.  This position can be located in Everett, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Mesa, AZ; Philadelphia, PA; North Charleston, SC; Houston, TX or Seal Beach, CA.

The selected individual will report directly to the Director of Technical Development and work closely with the Technical Development leadership team as well as partners across the Engineering Function.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience with demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills, exemplified critical thinking with a strategic mindset, collaboration, strong written and oral communication skills.

Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals
  • Partner with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives utilizing common project management tools
  • Partner with organizational leaders to track related metrics and coordinate submittals for scorecard reviews
  • Maintain staffing inputs for the organization and other Finance required metrics
  • Lead the agenda development, topic planning, distribution list and meeting facilitation for the Technical Development Integration Council, an ET&T workforce leadership team
  • Review and evaluate strategic organizational issues and identify implementation recommendations
  • Analyze, summarize and track to completion the development and proposal of organizational deliverables (e.g., budget information, requirements, due dates, etc.)
  • Develop executive-level briefings
  • Lead the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status
  • Plan and coordinate organizational facility requirements
  • Manage server shares and Teams organizational content and structure

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Currently have a Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 2+ years of experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects
  • 2+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data sets
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and experience with data visualization tools is a plus (e.g.Tableau)
  • Experience in developing long-term people strategies and being a strategic business partner supporting a leadership team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization

Summary pay range: $87,550 – $126,400
