Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Cardiopulmonary (Nights)

$15,000 Sign On Bonus - External Hires Only The Registered Respiratory Therapist performs Cardiopulmonary duties in accordance with hospital policy/procedure under general supervision. This can include administering of respiratory treatments, airway management, ventilator management, blood gases, and other noninvasive cardiology procedures. This individual will be held to a high level of customer service representation and will be an active participant in the continuous quality improvement process. Serves as a resource to other employees. Required Knowledge & Skills Education: See License/Certification Requirements Experience: One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures. Licenses and Certifications * REGISTERED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST * RESPIRATORY CARE PROFESSIONAL * HEALTHCARE PROVIDER (CPR) * ACLS CERTIFICATION * PEDIATRIC ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT Qualifications * Must become certified in PALs and ACLS within 8 months of employment. * One year experience working in post-surgical cardiothoracic care required.
