Head of Plug&Charge Services (m/f/x)

Your challenge

Plug&Charge (PnC) allows EV drivers to charge seamlessly and securely. Hubject has the first productive Plug&Charge system in the world and is leading the growing adoption of this exciting technology. 
We are searching for a proactive and motivated Head of for this department. Your mission will be twofold: on the one hand, working with our existing customers to increase their understanding and improve their implementation of PnC. On the other hand, bring new partners into our PnC ecosystem. It is a highly exciting role, with a great impact on the future development of the eMobility industry.

Your Tasks

• Develop and implement the strategy for the upcoming developments of Plug&Charge  
• Lead implementation of ongoing Plug&Charge projects, especially with our OEM partners  
• Acquire new partners to the Plug&Charge ecosystem 
• Lead the performance of around 4 FTE of PnC project specialists, ensuring achievement of targets (revenue and customer satisfaction based)  
• Represent Plug&Charge in industry events, explaining its purpose and set up  

Your Profile

• Experience in a role leading a team of min 3 years  
• Interest in designing technical products in the field of electric mobility – previous knowledge of Plug&Charge technology is a plus 
• Knowledge of trends in mobility/ digital mobility services  
• Proven expertise in project management    
• Proven expertise with large customers, especially automotive OEMs 
• Proactive individual, thriving on new challenges and enjoying a dynamic environment  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 

Language

Fluent in English
