Program Summary

KBR’s Aviation & Ground Systems Directorate provides Systems Engineering & Integration support to the Army’s Aviation and Ground soldiers with project based and full-time personnel support services. KBR sets the standard with a wide range of services including Government Engineering, Logistics, Business, and International focuses, while ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellence in contract deliverables.

We are looking for a highly self-motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to input and process data from our multiple DoD and Commercial customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage documents and other data transfers from and to our Customers utilizing secure transfer sites such as TopView, Safe Site, or secure transfer methods
• Process and manage data provided by our customers
• Work closely with our Configuration Management Team to ensure data deliverables are submitted in a timely manner
• Ensure data deliverables are created in accordance with the appropriate specification (i.e. Data Item Descriptions, Customer Provided requirements, etc.)
• Aid Configuration Management in managing the drawing / document review database
•  Manage the TopView Database for our DoD Customer
• As this is an Entry Level position, the employee will be trained on all software needed for the position.

Basic Qualifications:

• A.S. Degree in Business Administration or related field with and 6+ years of relevant DoD experience
• A high degree of attention to detail is required
• Current DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with DoD TopView Software
• Experience with SolidWorks PDM or other Product Lifecycle Management software
• Ability to interact with peers clearly both verbally and in emails
• Knowledge of DoD Data Item Descriptions
• Understanding of US Government Data Rights markings
• Experience with US Government Safe Site
• Experience with DoD Programs
