Manufacturing Team Member - General Ops

Job Description:

Overview:
The Manufacturing Team Member - General Ops supports business needs within the manufacturing department. Individual may start in one area and be moved to another area of need to support different teams in different departments. Duties may include loading/unloading materials by hand, working with hand/power tools and performing quality checks.

Until further notice:

• Minimum wage $20/hr

• Additional 10% premium for 2nd Shift and 5% for 3rd Shift

• Rogue Team Members eligible to receive Quarterly Bonus

Candidates must complete a 10-panel drug screen and pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities:

• May need to produce parts with hand tools or machines to exact specifications

• May be responsible for stuffing soft goods to specification

• May be required to measure and cut materials to specification

• Loading/unloading materials for long hours

• Maintain good housekeeping in work area

• Performing quality checks as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet

• Safely operate all powered equipment

• Must be able to remain standing for 7+ hours a day

• Strong attention to detail and must be alert to quality issues
