Manufacturing/Production Laborer

Overall Responsibilities:   

Inspect the tops by checking for delam, cracking, bumps, blisters, mislay, and loose builddown 

Collaborates with Production Line in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste 

Organize the skid area, sweep up all buttons, throw away miter pieces on the floor, and blow designated areas  

Perform 5S Checklist  

Lift, carry, and move countertops  

Inform alert line coordinator of hot tops/reruns and bad tops 

Perform saw shutdown autonomous maintenance checklist for set 1 miter and 2 miter 

Perform triple head trim saw shutdown autonomous maintenance checklist  

Perform the end of line transfer table shutdown automatic maintenance checklist  

Report all problems to the supervisor before leaving 

Operate joe/forklift  

Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: 

Able to work independently with minimal supervision. 

Must be detail oriented. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. 

Computer skills. 

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
