Job Purpose
As a Sales Execution Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the deployment and success of the HEINZ REMIX platform within the Away From Home commercial and non-commercial segments. This individual will be responsible for executing the broader equipment strategy, optimizing the connectivity between vendors and customer demand to ensure best-in-class fulfillment. Success in this role will require a strategic and hands-on approach to sales execution, customer engagement, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will be adept at working cross-functionally across Sales, Operations/Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Procurement, navigating ambiguity, and taking projects from concept to execution.
This role reports directly to Heinz REMIX Brand Manager and will be instrumental in scaling the adoption of this innovative platform.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Owns REMIX deployment execution in the commercial and non-commercial segments, ensuring seamless customer adoption.
Partners with Sales teams to drive sell-in strategies, ensuring units and pricing KPIs are achieved.
Leads virtual and in-person pitch meetings with customers, collaborating closely with the sales team to articulate the value proposition of REMIX.
Works cross-functionally with Customer Marketing and Sales to build and maintain a strong pipeline of interested customers, leveraging digital tools and analytics to identify whitespace opportunities.
Evaluates customer consumption trends and identifies incremental revenue opportunities to support contract development and long-term business growth.
Manages the end-to-end contract negotiation process, working closely with customers, REMIX leadership, and the Global Disruptive Innovation (GDI) team to secure necessary pricing approvals.
Collaborates with Sales and Brand Management to review customer interest submissions and schedule follow-up sell-in conversations.
Leverages digital resources and customer insights to enhance sales pitches and uncover new business opportunities.
Owns reporting and tracking of REMIX unit sales, ensuring alignment with established KPIs and strategic goals.
Provides ongoing performance updates to the Brand Manager, REMIX Lead, and GDI team, identifying gaps in resources or sales support that may impact deployment success.
Drives process improvements to enhance equipment fulfillment, deployment efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Leads REMIX activations, including trade shows, industry events, and on-site demonstrations, to facilitate customer sell-in and market penetration.
Partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all customer touchpoints.
Expected Experience & Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in foodservice, consumer packaged goods (CPG), equipment sales, or the restaurant industry. Prior experience working in sales, marketing, or restaurant industry operations is strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing major accounts, driving profitable volume, increasing customer penetration, and securing new business opportunities.
Strong analytical skills demonstrated by previous experience utilizing systems for tracking and recording sales, effective business planning and data-driven strategy for maintaining current and securing new customers.
Self-starter with a high level of energy, resilience, and a strong drive for success.
Ability to effectively navigate a matrix organization, working across multiple departments to drive results.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead compelling customer pitches and negotiations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Must be willing and able to travel up to 40% of the time for business, including meetings, site visits, and collaboration sessions with customers.
