JOB SUMMARY:

 

Provides fast,friendly, professional beverage service to Showroom guests

 

 

 

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

 

Utilizesthe Spotlight on Service Skills to delight the guest by delivering service withan upbeat & positive attitude and building great relationships

Takesdrink orders, communicates with bartender, assists in the preparation of drink,and carries full 15 drink trays on every round to present to guest.

Maintainsa clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health andsafety guidelines.

Operatesa cash register/POS System, rings proper amount into the register and gives theguest or server the correct change; account for all cash, charge andcomplimentary sales according to establishment procedure; maintains integrityof all financial controls and responsibilities

Monitorsguest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines.

Servesas ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relationfunctions; appears in publicity photos

Providespersonalized service using guest name and checks for satisfaction to resolveguest or services issues

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

 

Highschool diploma preferred

Preferprevious knowledge in Beverage with demonstrated success working in a guestcontact position

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Literateand fluent in English

Mustbe 21 years of age

Excellentcustomer service/communication skills

Availableto work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays andovertime as needed

Mustmeet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.

Mustbe able to obtain Care Card from approved Care Training provider

 

 

PHYSICAL, MENTAL andENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

Mustbe able to respond to visual and oral cues

Mustbe able to lift and carry a tray up to 20 lbs. for extended periods of time.

Capableof reaching above and below the shoulder, grip small items (i.e., pens, money,garnishes), bend stoop and twist while preparing beverages; stand and walk forup to four hours;

Mobilityskills to move quickly and easily around noisy high-volume establishment

 

Positionsthat have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy 
environment and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products.  Also, non-public contact positions may berequired to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with theirduties, and may be subject to the same environment.
