This position will be located in Surgères, France and is a permanent position </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Support the production workshop in the accomplishment and development of operations, as well as in its overall continuous improvement approach, by providing the necessary material resources and work instructions.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your work will focus on the following responsibilities:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Drafting and updating work instructions, operational procedures, reports, and job descriptions for the workshop. </li> <li>Ensuring the traceability and distribution of documents and supporting users in their implementation. </li> <li>Guaranteeing the availability, monitoring, and compliance of specific and conventional tools used at the workshop workstations.</li> <li>Collaborating on projects aimed at improving workstations in terms of safety, ergonomics, quality, or productivity (e.g., tools, layout, equipment, and machines). </li> <li>Participating in the application and development of continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, visual management). </li> <li>Collaborating daily in a cross-functional manner with workshop managers and employees, as well as with employees from other support services (e.g., technical, quality, logistics, purchasing, and HSE).</li> <li>Participating in work meetings. </li> <li>Discussing technical issues with suppliers and subcontractors. </li> <li>Following the annual objectives defined during the individual interview (Development Discussion).</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>A Bac +2 in industrial/mechanical fields (e.g., BTS, DUT, BUT) or equivalent acquired experience.</li> <li>At least 3 years of experience in the industry in Methods or Production.</li> <li>Project management experience.</li> <li>Experience in industrial drawing/reading mechanical plans.</li> <li>Intermediate level of English proficiency.</li> <li>Experience with Windows Office Pack and SAP.</li> <li>Continuous improvement experience</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Nous recherchons pour notre site de Surgères (17) un technicien Méthodes. Le poste est à pourvoir en CDI.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Que ferez-vous  ?</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Supporter l’atelier de production dans l’accomplissement et le développement des opérations, ainsi que dans sa démarche globale d’amélioration continue, par la mise à disposition des moyens matériels et des instructions de travail nécessaires.</p> <p> <br/><strong>Votre travail se concentrer sur les responsabilités suivantes: </strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Rédiger et mettre à jour les instructions de travail, les procédures opérationnelles, les rapports et les descriptions de postes à la fois pour l'atelier.</li> <li>Assurer la traçabilité et la distribution des documents et soutenir les utilisateurs dans leur mise en œuvre.</li> <li>Garantir la disponibilité, le suivi et la conformité des outils spécifiques et conventionnels utilisés aux postes de travail de l'atelier.</li> <li>Collaborer aux projets visant à améliorer les postes de travail en termes de sécurité, d'ergonomie, de qualité ou de productivité (exemples : outils, disposition, équipements et machines).</li> <li>Participer à l'application et au développement d'outils d'amélioration continue (exemples : 5S, gestion visuelle).</li> <li>Collaborer quotidiennement de manière transversale avec les responsables et les employés de l'atelier de production, ainsi qu'avec les employés d'autres services de support (exemples : technique, qualité, logistique, achats et HSE).</li> <li>Participer aux réunions de travail.</li> <li>Discuter des questions techniques avec les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants.</li> <li>Suivre les objectifs annuels définis lors de l'entretien individuel (Discussion de Développement).</li> </ul> <p> <br/><strong>Pour réussir dans ce rôle, nous attendons de vous:   </strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="dis
