ALM Reverse Technician

Milestone Technologies Inc. is seeking a Reverse Logistics Technician. This position involves handling, testing, and cleaning various IT hardware returned to the warehouse. This position is full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Update asset records for returned assets
• Assign and check assets
• Label and package items for shipment to remote locations
• Transfer inventory to various storage locations
• Clean, inspect, and test IT equipment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in using Google Office and Microsoft Office Suites
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Strong sense of urgency and effective communication skills to work with employees at all levels, including management
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Physical demands include standing, walking, restocking, carrying, bending, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling inventory pallets, carts, and boxes
• Ability to move and lift boxes and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds
