  • Financial Stewardship: Manage the Quality Department’s Labor and Overhead budget, identifying lean opportunities for cost improvement without compromising integrity.
  • Audit Excellence: Serve as the lead for complex quality audits, ensuring rigorous adherence to ISO/IATF standards and corporate procedures.

Technical Problem Solving & Innovation

  • Warranty & Data Analytics: Turn data into action by analyzing warranty trends to develop long-term engineering solutions.
  • Supplier Synergy: Partner with the Supplier Technical Assistant (STA) team to drive containment and cost recovery for supplier-related quality issues at the "point of fit."

  • Mentor the Next Generation: Manage and develop a diverse team of Quality Engineers, fostering a pipeline of technical talent.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion Kaizen projects and Lean principles (5S, VSM, Visual Management) to eliminate waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Education: Act as a subject matter expert, coaching plant personnel on standard Quality Tools and supporting Six Sigma certification tracks.
