Global Business Financial Senior Controller

<p>Your role &amp; responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Under the leadership of the Global Business Unit Controller, you will be responsible for adequately ensuring that the Strategy Management Cockpit tools are properly maintained for the controlling area</li> <li>Support of a global controlling transformation program by assisting to organize the project infrastructure</li> <li>Address gaps to target to team members [Regional Leaders and Project Members]</li> <li>Provide data management support</li> <li>Create regular project management status reports with clear risks and mitigation plans</li> <li>Prepare regular stakeholder communication and presentations with high quality</li> <li>Create meeting minutes in a clear format with action owners assigned and follow up on them</li> <li>Consolidate inputs from various stakeholders and create a final version for management</li> <li>Ensure that project deadlines are met</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your skills &amp; strengths:</p> <ul> <li>University degree in business administration or related studies (minimum bachelor degree)</li> <li>Min. 3 years prior Controlling experience</li> <li>Experience in creating management presentations as well as data gathering, exploration and proper visualization</li> <li>Good understanding of business improvement levers</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (esp.
