About the role

Provides clerical support for the programs at Family Services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to billing, client registration, running insurance eligibility, answering phones, ordering supplies, ensuring positive client flow and scheduling appointments. The secretary will greet and manage clients as they enter the building for appointments.
 
 

Education
Minimum:          High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred:          Associate degree in a secretarial program.
 

Registration/Certification/Licensure
:
Act 33/73 Clearances and Family & Friends CPR
 
 

Experience
Minimum:               One year secretarial experience.
Preferred:              One year secretarial experience in a Behavioral Health setting.
 
 
Other Requirements:
Comprehensive Crisis Management per policy.
