SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Responsible for driving sales growth in Surgical Reconstruction product line by executing territory plans, educating clinicians, and supporting operating room needs. The Account Manager will call on multiple call points/surgical specialties. Products include, but are not limited to: Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery; Hernia & Abdominal Wall Reconstructive Surgery

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, hospital administrators, and internal stakeholders.
- Work across Integra functional areas to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with RBM to target, set goals, and create plans to meet/exceed revenue expectations.
- Develop a formal business plan at the beginning of each fiscal year to be followed by subsequent monthly and quarterly territory reports aimed at achieving territory sales goals.
- Educate and influence targeted customers.
- Work with peers when called to support case coverage and inventory requests.
- Apply strong negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
- Exhibit strong leadership and people skills.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic, time‑management, and organizational skills.
- Communicate scientific/clinical benefits of products.
- Maintain high level of technical product, surgical technique, and disease state knowledge.
- Identify product improvement opportunities for sales, marketing and product development teams.
- Provide a consultative role in the OR environment in accordance with specific product indications.
- Operate within defined budgets and strictly within accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Strictly adhere to the policies and procedures within the Advanced Code of Conduct and the Sunshine Act.
- Identify trade show and customer education opportunities to provide resources and solutions to key industry groups
REQUIRED SKILLS & MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required; business or science-related degree preferred
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required; business or science-related degree preferred
- Minimum two years’ experience business-to-business sales (or similar)
- Operating room experience is necessary; plastic surgery experience preferred.
- Minimum of two years of surgical device or other medical sales preferred
