Job Description
Core Lines product management is seeking a Product Manager focused on the Personal Auto line of business. This role will be responsible for working with existing Core Lines business units to enhance personal auto programs.
About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role
- Personal auto market analysis
- Ability to research and communicate market positioning
- Understand competitive landscape
- Develop strategies to harvest and action voice of customer quickly
- Develop strong customer and market relationships
- Work with product development in the identification, prioritization and execution of new market offerings
- Translate business needs to data and report design
- Ability to research, troubleshoot and mine data; effectively bring multiple data sets together
- Provide business/market insights
- Collaborate with colleagues in product development, marketing, sales, information technology, and operations

Qualifications
About You and How You Can Excel in this Role
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/related work experience
- Strong operating understanding of personal auto insurance industry
- Product management experience
- An innovative mindset, open to new ideas and challenges
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with internal staff and external stakeholders
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and creative problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Strong working knowledge of analytical tools
Desirable Skills
- Experience with ISO core lines
- Working knowledge of tools such as Excel and Power BI with ability to analyze and present data
