Employer Branding Manager (m/w/d) – Talent Attraction & Brand Positioning

Your mission

• Develop and execute an employer branding strategy to position the company as a top employer in defense, AI, and UAV technology
• Create compelling storytelling and content to showcase company culture, innovation, and career opportunities
• Manage employer branding across LinkedIn, company career pages, job portals, and industry events
• Collaborate with HR, marketing, and recruiting teams to develop targeted talent attraction campaigns
• Build partnerships with universities, industry networks, and defense organizations to strengthen talent pipelines
• Drive employee advocacy programs, leveraging internal brand ambassadors and testimonials
• Optimize the candidate experience by ensuring a strong digital presence and seamless hiring process
• Analyze employer branding KPIs, such as applicant conversion rates, engagement, and brand perception

Your profile

• 3+ years experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or HR communications
• Expertise in content creation, social media strategy, and digital marketing
• Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, talent attraction, and employee engagement strategies
• Experience with employer branding tools (LinkedIn Talent Insights, Glassdoor, Kununu, ATS platforms)
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to promote company values and vision

Nice to have

• Background in aerospace, defense, or deep-tech employer branding
• Experience working with security-cleared roles and talent attraction in high-security industries
• Knowledge of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in employer branding
