Join the BioAgilytix team as a Procurement Analyst and play a key role in driving global cost-saving initiatives and optimizing financial performance. In this role, you'll identify opportunities for savings, ensure supplier performance aligns with our standards, and analyze procurement data to forecast and maintain cost efficiencies. Collaborating closely with functional leaders and site buyers, you'll lead efforts to capture and implement savings opportunities, conduct in-depth supplier spend analyses, and enhance procurement processes. Your contributions will include preparing and presenting detailed spending reports, actively participating in supplier business reviews, and shaping procurement strategies that support our organizational objectives.

As a Procurement Analyst, your day-to-day activities will include:
- Update, manage, and assess risk against Global Procurement Savings Tracker, including forecasting potential savings projects and tracking actualized savings.
- Forecast, track and optimize rebates.
- Prepare spend reports, collect/analyze supplier spend data to support procurement initiatives, and analyze spend patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with functional leaders and site buyers to capture savings opportunities.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure they meet the company's standards, requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any discrepancies in spending and savings.
- Actively participate in supplier business reviews, preparing and presenting trends in spend and supplier performance KPIs.
- Propose changes to improve procurement processes and reduce costs.
These are skills needed to be successful:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Well organized with ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously; ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
- Working experience with NetSuite
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all procurement activities.
- Effective communication with both internal teams and external suppliers.
- Strong working knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques (RFP, savings tracking, cost modeling, etc.).
Minimum Preferred Qualifications - Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Finance, or Business Administration.
- No less than four (4) years of experience as a Procurement or Finance Analyst
- Experience working in a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) or Clinical Research Organization (CRO), preferred.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position
- Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours as published in the BioAgilytix Employee Handbook
- Occasional weekend, holiday, and evening work required
